The    main    asset    of    any    service    is    people.    Thus, CNAT    believes    that    its    team    worth    to    get    the maximum   possible   support   and   training   for   the provided   service   to   be   optimum.   The   training   and personnel   development   strategy   is   based   on   the following items: 1)   A   new   member   is   oriented   for   the   specific   field he/she   is   joining   CNAT   for.   This   orientation   covers the     available     resources,     how     to     use     these resources      efficiently,      the      scientific/technical background    that    sets    behind    these    resources, limitations and aspects to improve/develop. 2)    The    improvements/developments    an    existing member   achieves   within   the   first   year   with   CNAT are   evaluated   by   board   to   assess   the   aspects   that worth    extensive    training    and    development    for him/her. 3)   The   well-trained   member   is   assigned   a   suitable budget   to   implement   his/her   skills   into   a   useful product.    CNAT    will    try    to    facilitate    all    possible resources towards successful implementation. 4)   Any   pre-skilled   member   who   joins   CNAT   will   be considered      for      either      extensive      training      or product   development   depending   on   the   level   of his/her skills. 5)     A     successful,     well-trained     member     will     be considered     as     a     certified     trainer     for     other members/clients.   Depending   on   CNAT's   budgetary for    a    specific    field    of    specialty,    the    certified trainer   will   be   granted   a   two-year   scholarship   to earn    an    accredited    university    degree    of    his/her choice among a list of CNAT potential specialties.
CNAT   team   consists   of   professionals   dedicated to   provide   an   outstanding   level   of   services   in the   field   of   experience   of   each   team   member. Currently,      CNAT      has      experts      capable      of delivering training courses in : 1)CFD analysis 2)FEA analysis 3)Scientific computer programming 4)Subsea   pipeline   and   riser   design,   installation and analysis. 5)Numerical techniques training. With   the   goal   to   widely   grow   its   team   in   the alignment     with     its     vision,     CNAT     is     highly welcoming    experts    from    any    other    field    to join/share/participate    in    bringing    this    vision into reality.
